Office Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Office Manager is responsible to;
- Formulate and implement changes to provide effective and efficient for the entire office work practice to meet corporate objectives.
- Oversees the whole administration functions, inclusive of office security, PABX telephone system, office equipment & building maintenance, landscape maintenance, office renovations, stationery, printing, and general insurance.
- Office Safety: Ensure the office is a safe environment to work in at all times, compliance with Fire and Safety regulations, fire prevention & first aid management & training, Health & Safety.
- Office Maintenance and Upkeep: Ensure all office equipments are in good working order [including Telephone System Management (PABX), and to resolve all problems pertaining to office equipment/suppliers and regulations requirement], the office is kept clean, office security is maintained, oversee Internal Office Move Management, notice board maintenance, signage to office areas.
- Supplies: Provide procurement assistance for preferred suppliers, establishes supplier benchmarking, negotiate reductions/corporate deals, negotiate and manage office and stationery supplies.
- Administration: International/Local country courier services, equipment loan service (where applicable), meeting room equipment & furniture management/set up, manage meeting rooms (inc clearing, hospitality, stationary supplies etc), Contractor Management & Negotiations.
- Responsible to review and develop administrative policies, procedure and system for the efficiency of the operations.
- Ad hoc internal project work, when required (i.e. renovations, event organization etc).
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/Management, or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Well verse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Independent, a hands-on individual and resourceful. High degree of initiative.
- Strong communication skills and a high level of organizational skill.

Finance Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Finance Manager is responsible to;
- Basic day-to-day accounting functions, cash flow forecast and analysis, petty cash, prepare income statement, balance sheet, schedules;
- Responsible for all the company accounting functions including accounting, finance, budgeting, cash flow projection, financial reports, tax, audit, internal control systems and cost analysis.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to advise the Management on the current and projected company financial position.
- Year-end closing of accounts in preparation for audit;
- Assist Group COO in budget preparation, revenue reporting, forecasts & projections, and any other ad-hoc duties as may be assigned;
- Ensure accounting record and systems are in compliance with company's policies, procedures and approved accounting standards
- Maintain effective liaison with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, bankers and other relevant authorities, also with suppliers, vendors and clients;
- Prepare month-end P&L analysis on actual vs forecast, explaining reasons for budget variances and trends analysis
- Partner with business units to plan and manage within the approved Operating Expense (OPEX) and headcount budget
- Proactively challenge existing processes and to identify opportunities for business process improvement
- Responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of statutory and financial accounts in compliance with the approved accounting standards and Inland Revenue Board guidelines
- Responsible for the preparation of management report to enable close monitoring of budgeted expenses, as well as costing
- To manage treasury and cash flow of the operation to ensure efficient utilisation of fund and containment of forex risk
- Manage the budgetary process and to comply with all reporting requirements on the forecasting process.
REQUIREMENTS
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent. A member of MIA.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant hands-on accounting experience.
- Experience in public listing will be an added advantage.
- Overseeing the Group’s accounting requirements by maintaining a set of complete and accurate accounting records.
- Possess relevant knowledge and hands-on experience in handling accounts, management report, cash flow, budget, profit forecast, sales report, costing, credit control, tax matter, etc.
- Conversant with Accounting Standards and Regulations, and other related legislation.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Business Analyst is required to ;
- Review, analyse and create detailed documentation of business processes, user needs and work flow designs.
- Co-ordinate, manage and update solution team on technical support team priorities; manage changes or conflicts through agreed processes with the technical support team
- Work with the technical team to translate the business requirements into technical specifications
- Evaluate responses to business process reviews/quality assurance findings to determine reasonableness of proposed corrective actions. Diligently follow-up on the corrective or preventive actions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business IT or equivalent.
- Business analyst with 3+ years experience in analyzing business requirements and translating these to service specifications and solution definitions.
- Strong communication skills with solid understanding of business and IT process flow.

Consultants
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Consultants is required to ;
- Managing the project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, application build, test and deploy activities to ensure that the projects are delivered according to client requirements
- Responsible for engaging with client to gather client requirements and track the requirements to ensure compliance.
- Responsible for investigating client environment and designing a technical solution that meets client requirements.
- Manage the post-deployment support activities to ensure high client satisfaction
- Work closely with Technical and Product Development Teams to continually improve base product
- Communicate with management on the project status and risks that impact scope, cost and time
REQUIREMENTS

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Software Project Manager is required to ;
- To manage and be responsible for the delivery of software development projects end-to-end.
- To be able to create and execute a project plan, gather and understand project requirements, produce technical designs, supervise software development, plan and conduct system testings, implement the software solution and manage production support.
- To manage the development team and ensure that work is delivered on-time, on-budget, with quality and in an efficient manner.

- Present and demonstrate product capabilities and systems solutions to customers as well as conduct evaluation and implementation of solutions.
- Develop application portfolio strategy, roadmap plans and interface with the business and architects to align.
- Provide consultancy for the portfolio programme and individual projects, with particular input on integration workflow, information management, and architecture aspects.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Web Designer is required to ;
- Able to design, maintain and updates website.

Call Centre Manager/Team Lead
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Call Centre Manager or Team Lead is required to ;
- Ensure that any open cases or issues are addressed proactively or within the set target time frame thru excellent closely follow up
- To monitor calls according to the agreed guidelines and act as a coach to a team of agents, assessing the quality of the interaction, focusing on accuracy of information on products, process, procedures and customer service skills.
- To analyse team’s daily and weekly performance, analyse root causes to develop corrective actions that will improve performance and motivate individuals / team to achieve service delivery targets.
- To provide feedback, coaching and mentoring to agents that escalate calls to ensure that staff has the skills and knowledge to handle the maximum number of calls without escalation.
REQUIREMENTS
- Advance Diploma/Diploma holders in Computer Science/IT related discipline with a minimum of 5 years working experience in providing direct support to end-users either in customer service/field engineering or corporate help desk are also encouraged to apply
- Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse range of people with varying levels of technical understanding and ability in international environment

Helpdesk Specialist
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Helpdesk Specialist is required to ;
- provides 1st and 2nd level Service Desk incident management and case handling through to successful resolution on in-scope products, services and processes for supported customer
- apply solutions to those problems through phone support customers
- providing technical/non-technical screening of calls
- recognizes and takes action when escalation and de-escalation is required for critical and urgent cases and follow designated customer procedures
- train users according to technical release and security standards
REQUIREMENTS

- Perform implementation activities such as application and hardware customization, testing, deploying and post-support of proprietary software
- Troubleshooting technical problems, tracking and documenting resolution and/or escalating problem to appropriate resources.

Trainer
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Trainer is required to ;
- Gain deep familiarity and understanding of the product to ensure quick turnaround on any client enquiry
- Design effective training material and other documents, such as handouts, manuals and exercises, to train clients on how to use the product
- Conduct nationwide classroom-style training for client
- Conduct internal training to Contact Centre and field support staff on how to effectively use the Knowledge Base system
- Conduct internal training to field support staff on how to conduct standard on-site training to the client
- Manage the internal Knowledge Base to ensure that all frequently asked questions and resolutions are added
REQUIREMENTS

System Administrator
RESPONSIBILITIES
The System Administrator is required to ;
- Responsible for system reliability and data integrity of the file server and mail server
- Responsible for planning and executing system backups/restores, patching and upgrades.
- Work with the various Application Development and Support teams to design and implement new services and product, providing input on architecture, sizing and fault tolerance
- Recommends and directs changes to improve the IT infrastructure and procedures to meet the growing and changing requirements of the organization.
- To continuously monitor the organization’s IT infrastructure and systems and act proactively to resolve any risks or potential issues.
- Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of PCs, laptops and etc. This includes new hardware and software installation, network configuration and office application;
- Troubleshoot any problems with server, network, web services, mail services, firewall policies and anti-spam.
- Ensure all hardware are running at optimum level, and all services are up and running to ensure no service interruption.

Executive Assistant
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Executive Assistant is required to ;
- Responsible for efficient day-to-day management of the Chairman schedules and itineraries
- Handle administrative tasks for Chairman office (e.g. typing, record keeping, filing, photocopying, ordering of stationeries)
- Manage the synchronization of executives' diaries, and follow through on all matters requiring further action
- Handle all aspects of business travel related activities and relevant arrangements for the Chairman's office
